TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

Thank you for your interest in the "WBA Art Commission Referral Program"! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for participating in our referral program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

 

1. Eligibility

• Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

• You must have an active account on our website to be eligible.

• Businesses or organizations are not eligible to participate without prior written consent from WBA Art LLC.

 

 

2. How the Program Works

• Eligible participants (“Referrers”) can refer new clients to commission custom artwork from WBA Art LLC.

• A valid referral occurs when:

• The referred person (“Referred Client”) completes their first commission order with a minimum order value of $250.

• The Referred Client fully pays for the commission, and the artwork is delivered and completed in accordance with our standard process.

• Referred Clients must provide the Referrer’s name at the time of booking their commission through our website form.

• Only one Referrer can be associated with each Referred Client. If multiple referrals are submitted, we will honor the first one recorded.

 

 

3. Reward Structure

• Referrers will receive 10% of the final commission price paid by the Referred Client (excluding taxes, transaction fees, and refunds).

• Rewards will be issued in the form of:

• Cash payments (via PayPal or another agreed-upon method).

4. Reward Payout Conditions

• Rewards will be processed after the Referred Client’s commission is fully paid and delivered.

• Please allow up to 30 days after completion for processing and distribution of rewards.

• There is a minimum payout threshold of $50 for cash payments.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not refer yourself.

• Referred Clients must be new clients who have never previously commissioned work from WBA Art LLC.

• Referrals are valid only if submitted at the time of the Referred Client’s initial booking. We are unable to retroactively apply referral rewards.

• If a Referred Client cancels their commission, requests a refund, or disputes payment, the associated referral reward will be voided or reclaimed.

• Any fraudulent activity, including creating fake accounts or misrepresenting relationships with Referred Clients, will result in disqualification from the Program and may result in legal action.

 

 

6. Program Limits

• Referrers may earn a maximum of $100 per month through the Referral Program.

• The Referred Client’s commission must be completed within 90 days of booking for the referral to remain valid.

 

 

7. Taxes

• Referrers are responsible for reporting referral rewards as income and paying any applicable taxes as required by local, state, or federal law.

• We may require additional documentation from you to comply with applicable tax laws.

 

 

8. Changes to the Program

• WBA Art LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

• If we terminate the Program, outstanding eligible rewards earned prior to the termination date will be honored in accordance with these Terms.

 

 

9. Liability

• WBA Art LLC is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants.

• We are not liable for any technical errors or failures related to the Program, including delays in reward distribution.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.
